Living the good smart life

I am thin and don't smoke, though I do enjoy a daily wine and the occasional indulgence. I don't get caught up in dietary fads but believe, much as I am sure this grand lady did, in sensible balance.

Beer should be cold

Summer is coming, and hopefully some warm weather with it too.
A beer garden beckons.
Burger, fries and very cold beer.
